With over five years of experience in the NDIS and disability sector, Genny has worked in multiple roles
ranging from support work, aged care coordination to clinical nursing. Being dual qualified in diploma and
Bachelor of Nursing, Genny has valuable skills across hospitals, private doctor’s surgery clinics, aged care
provider companies and finally in the NDIS sector.
Genny has a strong innate passion for continued learning and has also completed a post graduate
certificate in clinical governance and leadership. Genny would like to share all of her experience as a
qualified trainer and assessor and train the next generation of health care workers.

– Genny is the co-founder of a not-for-profit children’s charity in Bhutan called “Mom at
