Why First Aid training is vital to your organisation

First aid responders can be a crucial component to saving lives in any emergency situation in your workplace. In turn, increasing employee retention, minimising legal complications and creating a safer work environment for all.

AITS offers discounted rates for group and corporate bookings.

Key benefits to your organisation include:

  • Proactive emergency prevention
When an emergency arises, trained individuals are more likely to act immediately, assessing the situation and providing potentially life-saving assistance until professional help arises.
  • Save money on new hires
First aid training improves workforce retention by demonstrating a company’s commitment to employee safety and well-being. It boosts morale, fosters loyalty, and creates a sense of security among staff.
  • Maintain workforce compliance standards
If you work in an industry like mining, health, education, community services, construction etc. it is mandatory to have First Aid qualified staff on the books, and the number of First Aid qualified staff members required is dependent on the size of your organisation.
